About 45 minutes south of us we found one of our new favorite pizza places in Port Charlotte, Pioneer Pizza. We located this awesome eatery on the Happy Cow App, that locates veg and vegan friendly spots. Always excited to try a new pizza spot, and honestly their dough is probably my favorite anywhere!
Plus if you visit after 3pm your meal includes complimentary breadsticks that are out of this world! We always pay for them if we are not there after 3 because they are that good. They also have excellent draft beer and wine options.
They are located in a strip mall, and if your not looking for it you might drive right past. However the inside decor is swanky and fun, the perfect vibe to pair with their delicious food!
